BRIEF INTRODUCTION:

Stainless steel horizontal powder ribbon blender mixer with heating consists of transmission parts, double ribbon agitators and U-shape chamber. It’s a multifunctional mixing equipment of stable operation, reliable quality, low noise, long life, easy installation and maintenance.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

The most effective design of ribbon layout is the double ribbon in which the outer ribbon moves the product in one direction and the inner ribbon moves it in the opposite direction.

The ribbons rotate and move materials both radially and laterally to insure thorough blends in short cycle times.

APPLICATION :

This machine is widely used in the production of all kinds of powder materials, such as dry mortar, putty powder, stucco gypsum, diatom ooze, ceramic tile aQSesive, bonding mortar, insulation mortar mixing and etc.
