The company has extensive technical expertise in the field of vibrating conveyors. Since the successful installation, commissioning, and stable operation of its vibrating conveyor at the 90-ton electric furnace of Wugang Steel Plant in September 2003, the company has gradually developed a flagship product centered on the FXZ series of scrap steel preheating conveying systems. This series of equipment is a nationally patented product, incorporating advanced technologies such as continuous feeding of preheated scrap steel, recovery and utilization of electric furnace waste heat, and high-temperature flue gas purification. It effectively addresses issues such as high energy consumption, low efficiency, and severe environmental pollution in electric furnace steelmaking enterprises, filling a domestic gap and capable of replacing imported products. Compared to similar foreign products, it offers significant advantages such as lower energy consumption, higher output, and smoother operation.

The FXZ series of equipment can meet the needs of new and renovated electric furnaces with capacities ranging from 20 tons to 220 tons. It uses horizontal reciprocating vibration to achieve uniform preheating and continuous conveying of scrap steel, and utilizes high-temperature flue gas (above 1100 degrees) from electric furnaces to heat scrap steel. Combined with a fully enclosed smelting process, it achieves “four continuous processes” (continuous conveying, continuous preheating, continuous melting, and full-cycle operation), bringing multiple benefits: The smelting cycle is shortened by 10-15 minutes, steel output per unit time increases by over 10%, electricity savings per ton of steel reach 80-100 kWh, CO₂ emissions are reduced by 20-30%, and metal recovery rates are improved to ≥90%, among other benefits. These achievements in energy conservation, emissions reduction, and increased production have been well-received by users.
