BRIEF INTRODUCTION

DZLS screw conveyor is a conveyor device, which utilizes the rotation of the helical axis in the U trough to achieve the delivery of materials, which is an continuous conveying equipment and applicable for the industries, like food, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry.

Screw conveyor has high reliability, long lifetime, good applicability, convenience to install and low maintenance. The temperature of materials can reach up to 100 °C, the biggest dip angle can be up to 45 degrees.

Screw conveyor is divided into two types, horizontal screw conveyor and vertical screw conveyor. It is mainly used for all kinds of powders, particles, small block and loose materials transport and vertical lifting. It is not suitable for conveying perishable material, high viscosity. Easy to agglomerate or high temperature material, less pressure resistant and have greater corrosive special materials.

Screw Conveyor is a simple and rugged means of conveying material from one point to another. Standard tubular type and standard “U” shaped, the tubular type is fully Closed. Our standard “U” shaped through Conveyors are of heavy-duty design. Each screw flight is a continuous helix with drive and end shafts which are carefully designed to provide adequate bending and shear strength with tolerances for correct bearing clearances. When equipped with a shroud (or metering section), a variable pitched screw and is choke fed, it will perform as a“rough” feeder.
